Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice.

Our Policy:

We require a £10 deposit per treatment on all treatments over 30 minutes this includes packages. This Deposit is non-refundable but we can transfer to another appointment if a 48 hour notice of cancellation is given.

If you are running late for your appointment we may not be able to accommodate you. We will do our best to fit in a similar treatment in the remaining time. If you are more than 30 mins late the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you.

Gift Voucher codes can be used as a deposit.
If noticed is not given this will be deducted of the vouchers values.

Full payment for all online bookings. This will be refunded if 48 hours notice has been given.
